Our major role as Facilities’ Manager is to manage an operating facility. To effectively do this, we understand the building systems that we manage and its structure, including the interior and exterior. Applying this knowledge along with a clear understanding of occupant’s business, technical and operational needs will ensure that the facility provides an efficient and effective work environment for its occupants. This implies managing the facility and all its component parts or systems efficiently, reliably, safely, securely, and in a manner consistent with existing regulations, standards, and Manufacturer’s recommendations.
